Billing Policies
Each customer will receive a coupon payment booklet from which they can make their monthly payment. We do not mail a monthly statement. All charges are billed and payable on the first day of each month for service in advance. A grace period through the tenth day of the month is extended to each customer.
Florida Cable appreciates the great majority of our customers who pay their cable bill promptly. The additional charges below apply only to delinquent accounts. These charges help ensure that the costs of collecting delinquent debts will be paid only by those customers who require special attention to pay their bill.
Additional Charges
Accounts not paid in full by the fifteenth of each month are accessed a $5 late charge and are considered delinquent. All delinquent accounts are subject to immediate disconnection without further notice. If an account is issued for non-payment disconnection a $10 collection charge will apply to payments received at your residence. If service is disconnected for non-payment a $30 reconnection charge in addition to the account balance will be required to restore service.
