Payment Options Each customer will receive a coupon booklet containing billing statements from which they can make their monthly payment. We do not mail a monthly statement. Each coupon contains the address of our payment processing facility. Tear the coupon from the booklet, insert it into the envelope with your address showing through the window, insert your check or money order for the amount due, affix postage and drop it in the mail. Please allow 5-7 days for your payment to reach our facility. If you do not have a coupon to include with your payment, please ensure that your account number is written on the check and mail it to:
