All Florida Cable Digital Telephone subscribers receive all of the following features included free with their service:
Online Account Management
Our browser-based VoIP Control Panel (VCP) allows you to manage your account, configure CallBlast, view your Call Log, and manage your Voicemail. See our Voice Control Panel section here for more information.
CallBlast
CallBlast is a combination of traditional Call Forwarding and Find Me/Follow Me services. You can have your calls ring simultaneously in your office, mobile, and home phones, or they can be setup to ring sequentially in any order in whatever delay you decide to set.
Add-On Applications
Other applications like our Softphone (making calls—even video calls—from your computer) are available from your VoIP Control Panel.
Enhanced Voicemail (including VideoMail)
In addition to standard features, you have the option of forwarding voicemails as MP3 attachments to your email and/or sending SMS notifications to your mobile phone. Just want to check voicemail? Simply dial 00!
Call Waiting & Caller I.D.
Works just like your old telephone company’s service, but you don’t pay extra for it!
Message Waiting Indicator
If your telephone supports MWI, the indicator light will blink when you have voicemail waiting. If your phone doesn’t support MWI, you will hear a warbling dial-tone when you pick up the receiver.
3-Way Calling
Works just like your old telephone company’s service, but at no extra charge!
Speed Dial
Configured from the VCP, this allows you to call frequently-used numbers by pressing only one or two keys.
Long distance to all 50 states, Canada, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and United Kingdom land lines are included!
